Mario loved flowers and he loved well painted flowers on porcelain.
A pair of Coalport botanical dishes each with a single exquisite hand-painted flower in the center and a wide border gilded in a neoclassical design.
Each dish features the name of the flower hand-written in script on the reverse in iron red: “Ever Blooming Rose” and “Persian Cyclamen.”
