An extensive set of English Imari dishes painted in iron red, deep blue, and gold showing a garden scene. Each dish is fully decorated in a pattern with large peonies and a flowering tree issuing from blue Taihu rocks. The dishes were made by Ashworth, circa 1880.
We have fourteen dinner dishes, fourteen soup plates, and a dozen pasta/smaller soup dishes.
The dinner dishes measure 10.25 inches diameter, the soup dishes measure 10 inches, and the pasta dishes measure 9.25 inches diameter.
