We are pleased to present this 18th century Dutch delft Blue and White charger made circa 1770.
It is decorated with a garden scene showing a song bird perched in a flowering tree with butterflies flying above the garden. The border is decorated with diamonds and oval shaped panels. The rim of the charger is painted with traditional brown slip. The footrim has an original hole made for hanging the charger on a wall.
Very good (there is one very Fine hairline. See condition comments)
