Four Feuillet Floral Dishes Made in France, circa 1850

In stock

Four Feuillet Paris Porcelain floral hand painted dishes made circa 1850. Each plate is decorated with bouquets of well painted flowers. They have beautiful scalloped edges which have delicate gilding. Feuillet was one of the very best of the Paris Porcelain painters. He started painting at the royal factory, Sèvres, and after several years opened his own atelier which purchased unpainted porcelain dishes from several manufacturers. Sometimes it is nice to have four dishes when you are serving yourself and a small group.
