This pair of charming blue and white Dutch Delft jars were hand-painted in the mid-18th century.
They feature a panel showing a stag at the edge of a pond.
Decorating either side of the panel are flowers, leaves, cattails, and ferns.
The covers match each other in shape and size, but one is whiter than the other pieces in the pair.
The reverse of each jar is painted with a single large leaf in a style traditional to 18th century Dutch Delft.
Dimensions: 9.75″ tall x 5″ diameter at the widest point x 3.5″ diameter across the base
Condition: Good with small edge chips invisibly restored
